Although “ding-dong ditch” was once thought of as innocent childhood fun, it can sometimes have tragic consequences. Anurag Chandra chased a bunch of “ding-dong ditchers” in his car and ran them off the road near Los Angeles. Three of the teenagers were killed. Chandra was sentenced to life without parole. Police say a group of kids were playing ding dong ditch around 11 p.m. in Houston. Ding Dong Ditch is a prank in which kids ring a doorbell or knock on the door then run away before anyone can answer. Police say someone came out of a home and opened fire and one of the boys, who was 11 years old, was shot in the back. Julian Guzman died in the hospital. The boy's mother says he was "affectionate, loving," and "always smiling." Gonzalo Leon Jr., 42, has been charged with murder. | Inside Edition
