They are helping us ALL be more proficient and confident in Ladder operations by developing this Ladder training for Engine companies. Phoenix Fire is proud to introduce the new Ladder 37 to its fleet. In addition to 65 engine companies, the city of Phoenix Fire Department has 14 ladder companies strategically placed throughout the city to ensure aerial ladder trucks are available for rapid response, ventilation, extinguishment and rescue operations.
