I’m not anti-meeting. I’m anti-taking 30 minutes from six people when the problem could have been solved by two people in Teams. Meetings are useful for decisions, messy conversations, real collaboration, and problems that genuinely need people in the room at the same time. They’re considerably less useful for reading information to adults. The longer I work in corporate, the more protective I am of everyone’s actual working time.
