ORGANIZED RETAIL CRIME TASK FORCE OPERATION Last week, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office and the @elkgrovepolice Department conducted an operation at Lowe’s in Elk Grove. In just a few hours, Detectives from the Organized Retail Crimes Task Force made a total of nine arrests, six of which were felonies, and five were Prop 36 arrests.
