UPDATE: One Dead After Overnight Shooting At approximately 1:43 a.m., Visalia Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting at Sebby’s, located near Main Street and Garden Street. When officers arrived, they found multiple people had been shot following a fight that broke out inside the establishment. Three individuals were transported to a local hospital.
