If there’s one rule that changed my entire microbakery, it’s this: Your bakery should fit your life. Not take over your life. I stopped trying to bake every week, chase every idea, or “keep up” with what other bakers were doing… and I rebuilt everything around a rhythm my actual nervous system could hold. For me, that looks like: • Week 1: prep production • Week 2: clean, reset, breathe • Week 3: no baking — live my life • Week 4: CEO week (systems, planning, money, menu, marketing) That’s it. F
