University of Zambia Receives $200K Grant to Boost Livestock Farming The University of Zambia, in collaboration with the Southern Australia Research and Development Institute (SARDI), has received a grant of approximately US$200,000 from Crop Trust under NORAD, as part of the Crop Trust BOLD Alfalfa Project. The project aims to increase the resilience of smallholder livestock farmers to climatic shocks. To date, more than 100 smallholder farmers in Chongwe District have been trained in alfalfa p
