National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Chairman Lt-Gen Mohammad Afzal has said that all major cities of the country are vulnerable to urban flooding. "I would request authorities in Karachi to clean all drains. Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Lahore, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Rawalpindi and Nowshera need immedicate attention from local authorities," he said. He added that the NDMA has prepared a national contingency plan for 2020. "I am confident that disaster management authorities countrywide wil
