Helleborus sp., or hellebore, is a perennial flowering plant known for it’s evergreen foliage and persistent late winter blooms. Hellebores are one of our favorite ground-covers due to their hardiness and ability to easily naturalize and fill in garden space. One key aspect of growing and maintaining hellebores is recognizing and removing any signs of disease on previous year’s foliage to ensure clean and healthy plants for seasons to come!
