Lilliana is the only known person to ever be diagnosed with both Williams and Rett syndromes. She was developing typically for a person with Williams syndrome until her regression started at three years old. Lilli then lost many of the skills she once mastered. She expresses through her communication device that it is “frustrating” to no longer be able to communicate as she once could.
